Sodium Bicarbonate with a Tricalcium Phosphate flow aid.

Arm & Hammer™ Sodium Bicarbonate Treated No. 1, also referred to as TFF for Treated Free Flowing, combines the widely used USP No. 1 with a small amount of Tricalcium Phosphate flow aid. This pairing minimizes clumping and encourages thorough mixing with other ingredients. Further, the small amount of separation afforded by the flow aid particles can help with stability of the leavening system.
