ARM & HAMMER™ Performance Products announces the retirement of Rob Berube, effective April 3, 2026, marking the conclusion of a career defined by technical leadership, customer partnership, and a commitment to practical, science‑based solutions.
Rob served as Technical Service Manager for Performance Chemicals at Church & Dwight, where he was a trusted technical resource for customers across food, pharma and a myriad of industrial applications. Throughout his tenure, Rob worked closely with customers to solve formulation challenges, support product optimization, and translate complex technical considerations into real‑world solutions.
Reflecting on his career, Rob shared:

As part of this transition, Michelle Maddox will continue providing Technical Service support for ARM & HAMMER™ Performance Products. Michelle brings deep product knowledge and extensive hands‑on experience supporting customer applications and technical needs, ensuring continued responsiveness and collaboration.
