Dry injection with sodium bicarbonate is an effective and reliable means of achieving greater than 90% removal of SO2, HCL, and HF. Arm & Hammer brand products for acid gas control have a proven track record in a wide range of industries requiring emission control systems. The results demonstrate that sodium bicarbonate has a distinct advantage over other dry sorbents.

For optimum removal and utilization efficiency, Church & Dwight offers several grades of Arm & Hammer sodium bicarbonate for dry injection. Sorbent Grade, which does not have a controlled particle size; Sorbent Grade Fine, with a mean particle size of 70 microns; and Sorbent Grade extra Fine, with a mean particle size of 30-45 microns.
